Delivery and payment

Payment.

You can pay for your order in several ways: 

1. Payment by VISA/Mastercard. This payment method is the most convenient, as it allows you to pay for your order quickly and securely directly on the store's website. This is done through a payment gateway that protects customer data and ensures the security of the transaction. 

2 Payment upon receipt of the order at a Nova Poshta branch. This payment method involves paying for the goods in cash or by credit card upon receipt of the order. Additional commission in the amount of 2% of the amount (or the cost of the goods) + 20 UAH.

3. Payment through the electronic payment system PayPal. Additional commission in the amount of 6% of the amount.

4. Bank transfer to a Privat Bank card. 

Delivery.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta". Terms and conditions of delivery may vary depending on the weight, size and type of shipment

Information on delivery times and shipping costs is available on the company's website novaposhta.ua 

Shipments to other countries (except Russia) are carried out by the national postal operator Ukrposhta

Important information

External inspection: Carefully inspect the appearance of the parcel. Pay attention to the integrity of the package, any damage, deformation or signs of opening. If the parcel looks damaged or unusual, take photos as evidence.

Check the contents: When you receive the parcel, open it in the presence of a branch employee or courier. Check if the contents of the parcel match your order. Make sure that all the items specified in the order are present and in undamaged condition.

If you notice any damages or missing items in the parcel, be sure to inform the branch employee or courier. Write down any problems you find in the acceptance certificate and ask the employee to sign it. This can be useful evidence when filing a claim or requesting reimbursement.
