Product returns

Return of goods is governed by the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights.

The Ukrainian law provides for the consumer's right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. When returning goods, they must retain their original condition, packaging and completeness. The product must be unused and have all labels and stickers. Notify the shop employee of your intention to return the goods within the time limit. This may require filling in a special return form or sending a written message. After receiving the order and checking the condition of the goods, the shop will arrange for a refund within a reasonable time.

The purchase and operation of audio equipment such as vinyl players, sound systems and other components is the responsibility of the purchaser. We have no control over the quality or condition of the equipment you use to play records.

We recommend that you carefully research and select high quality audio equipment that meets your requirements and expectations.In the event of playback, audio or other technical problems, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the equipment, an authorised service centre or a specialist in this field for expert assistance.

We always strive to offer you high quality vinyl records, but we understand that the final sound quality depends on many factors, including the condition of the record, the needle, the cartridge head, the equipment settings and the overall condition of the playback system.
