Information Regarding International Shipments and Customs Charges
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, taxes, duties, or other charges in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customs regulations, tax rates, duties, and duty-free thresholds vary from country to country and may change without prior notice. Any decision regarding the assessment of customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges is made by the customs authorities of the destination country, and not by the seller or the postal operator in the country of origin.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in the price of the goods or shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of the order.
If customs charges are imposed, they are generally the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the destination country.
In some cases, customs authorities or the local postal operator may request the recipient to provide proof of the value of the goods, an invoice, proof of payment, or other documents required for customs clearance. The recipient is responsible for providing the requested information in a timely manner.
Before placing an international order, we strongly recommend that you check the customs regulations, import requirements, and duty-free thresholds applicable in your country.
We are responsible for properly processing and dispatching your order. However, we have no control over the decisions of foreign customs authorities, the amount of duties or taxes assessed, or the customs clearance requirements imposed in the destination country.
If your shipment is held by customs or temporarily stored by the local postal operator, please contact the postal service or customs authorities in your country directly for information regarding the required documents and further procedures.
Important information
External inspection: Carefully inspect the appearance of the parcel. Pay attention to the integrity of the package, any damage, deformation or signs of opening. If the parcel looks damaged or unusual, take photos as evidence.
Check the contents: When you receive the parcel, open it in the presence of a branch employee or courier. Check if the contents of the parcel match your order. Make sure that all the items specified in the order are present and in undamaged condition.
If you notice any damages or missing items in the parcel, be sure to inform the branch employee or courier. Write down any problems you find in the acceptance certificate and ask the employee to sign it. This can be useful evidence when filing a claim or requesting reimbursement.
