Since their formation in 2012, Ukrainian black metal pioneers WHITE WARD have developed a unique sound — a transgressive form of sinister, deviant art that transcends genre boundaries. Under the creative direction of Yuriy Kazarian, the band has released three landmark albums: *Futility Report* (2017), *Love Exchange Failure* (2019) and *False Light* (2022) — each of these works explores different facets of darkness, dissonance and beauty, transcending the boundaries of genre conventions.
All three albums are now available once again in a special edition created in collaboration with Le 7e Oeil. The release is presented in a numbered hardback slipcase and brought together under the title ‘A Thorny Path 2017–2022’.
