Queen have always had a special fondness for vinyl, on which they first started creating around 1970. Basically, every Queen studio album was offered on vinyl at the time of its release, even in an era when compact discs have become preferred by most listeners. However, the last two albums, Innuendo and Made In Heaven, were prepared primarily for CD, with longer playing times, so their contents had to be edited to fit on two sides of a vinyl album. Now, especially for this edition, for the first time these two albums have been cut in full length as double vinyl records, making a complete vinyl set in every respect.
