Irish indie rock sensation Fontaines D.C. release a limited edition bonus version of their GRAMMY-nominated and BRIT-winning Romance on turquoise vinyl, including a 7" featuring the new songs "It's Amazing to Be Young" and "Before You I Just Forget."
Romance is Fontaines D.C.'s most ambitious and ambitious record yet, comprising 11 tracks and combining ideas that have been nurtured by Grian Chatten (vocals), Carlos O'Connell (guitar), Conor Curley (guitar), Conor Deegan (bass) and Tom Call (drums) since the release of the Skinty Fia album in 2022. These ideas formed while touring the US and Mexico with Arctic Monkeys, as the five band members shared music and found common ground with artists who were deftly building their own vast creative worlds: the attitude and aesthetic brilliance of artists like Shygirl and Sega Bodega, the big sonic palettes of hip-hop and heavy metal, Mos Def, A$AP Ferg, OutKast and Korn.
