A rare, still sealed promo-copy!
In the mid-1980s, Japanese company Toshiba EMI released a unique series of vinyl records reissuing the classic Blue Note BLP 1500 range. These editions instantly became an object of lust among collectors and connoisseurs of analogue sound. What made the series special was that it came without the traditional Japanese OBI. Instead, the record featured a round blue sticker on the sealed packaging - the hallmark of this rare and respected series.
