After two releases and the departure of two members (guitarist Jonas Österberg after the first record and vocalist Masse Broberg following the second), it was decided that Hypocrisy guitarist/bandleader Peter Tägtgren should take over the lead vocal duties himself. A band lineup was then solidified that would last through at least one breakup and well into the next decade. Obviously, there was something extraordinary about this trio of musicians and the death metal they were able to create. The Fourth Dimension is just the first in a long list of quality offerings these three would produce together.
