Each song gives something to the ep, while Windowlicker being the song of the album is just an amazing song in and of itself showcasing Richard's immaculate mixing prowess by making a song comprised of moans while still making it easily enjoyable to anyone who can acquire a taste for dance music by ending with an absolute switch up by using vastly different sounds than what was present in the rest of the song but it adds so much character to the track and it simply slaps you honor.
Formula is a chaotic mess of noise to the uneducated listener but taking the time to listen with care to how the notes evolve from measure to measure, you could analyze the amount of thought and effort put into making this track for days and for it sound like an absolute banger is criminal.
Nannou initially is a very simple music box song, but not long after it starts it unfolds into a symphony of ticks, whirls, and bells, subtly adding elements while taking away just enough to not jar the listener. With a limited amount of sounds Richard could use to keep the concept of Nannou being a music box song he still excelled and with that made one of the most intricate, unique, impressive music box type songs.
