First Collection is one of two albums released by Nujabes’ Hydeout Productions. These superb tracks, previously available only on CD, have been released on vinyl for the first time and showcase the jazz-hip-hop style for which Nujabes was renowned and which he popularised amongst his contemporaries. The album features key musicians such as Funky DL, Shing02 and many others.
